Clients - Satisfaction

We are very concerned that our service meets the needs of our clients.  One way we determine this is to send an evaluation form to a client between their first and fifth rides.  Our return rate is very high.  Clients are asked to evaluate:

  1. Was it easy to make arrangements for a ride?
  2. Was the volunteer punctual?
  3. Was the volunteer a good companion?
  4. Were the communications between the office and between the client effective?
  5. Was the client satisfied with the service?

To date, we have 100% satisfaction.

Another way we can evaluate client satisfaction is by the voluntary donations made by clients, and by the warm and affectionate notes that usually accompany these donations.  These notes are very touching and attest to the quality of the service.
