• Resident of DeKalb County, Georgia
• Be 55 years of age or older
• Be able to walk, even if assistance is needed.

In addition, clients must be unable to use MARTA Paratransit, Senior Connections, a private transportation provider or taxi, and cannot get rides from friends or relatives.  Clients must have a physical, mental, emotional or financial problem (temporary or permanent) that keeps them from getting transportation to the health care they require.
