What We Do

We serve seniors who need assistance getting to their physicians.  Seniors that are not able to use existing public, county, or private transportation.  They may have short-term or long-term physical or mental disabilities, chronic health problems requiring frequent doctor vivits, or acute but non-emergency problems.  In some cases, they may be incapable of driving, have no friends or relatives to transport them, or have limited financial resources.

Volunteers offer not only use of their automobiles for transportation, but also their emotional support.  By helping them to necessary healthcare appointments, we also may contribute to prolonging lives.  many clients have said we have, ineffect, "saved their lives."
